Her work in raw-food cuisine has taken her to places such as Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Los Angeles, and beyond. She is a graduate of Living Light Culinary Institute in Northern California. She is a contributor to New Western Cuisine magazine and has her own website, Be Deliciously Healthy.
