DR. RITA CARR is a state-licensed alcohol and drug counselor and a board-certified professional counselor. She has accreditation as a cognitive behavior therapist and as a counselor treating post-traumatic stress disorder and domestic violence issues. Dr. Rita Carr is the servant/founder of Hope Unlimited Ministry, serving single mothers and children around the world.
