Six years ago, Way retired from Carillon Senior Living Center in Lubbock, Texas, after serving there as president for 22 years. In 2002, he received a bachelor of theology degree from Trinity College of the Bible in Newburgh, Indiana. He and his wife, Darlene, have been married for 48 years and are blessed with two grown children and seven grandchildren.
