Kim Walter Brown, DMin, is the senior pastor of Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church in Chesapeake, Virginia, and Elizabeth City, North Carolina. A native of Portsmouth, Virginia, he earned his doctorate from Virginia Union University in Richmond. While watching God Grow the ministry to more than 4,000 partners, he has been blessed to develop a very practical and real-life style of ministry that has enabled thousands to become empowered and again authority in all areas of life. Dr. Brown pastors beside his wife, Valerie, to whom he has been happily married for more than 20 years.

Joy Callahan is a born-again believer with a passion for God’s truth. After graduating with a BS from Florida State University, she embarked on a successful career as a fashion buyer. More recently, God led Joy through four years of biblical research in order to convey His truths on marriage and why so many fail. Joy’s passion for communicating God’s truth with humor has made her a favorite speaker. Joy was widowed in 2007 after 20 years of marriage.

As speaker, author, singer, and choreographer Deborah Ross is uniquely able to connect with all ages while crossing denominational and cultural borders. She imparts faith, hope, and love according to God’s Word, through passionate teachings, prophetic words of encouragements and personal testimony. Deborah has been married for 25 years to her husband, Jay, and resides in Charlotte, North Carolina, with their two sons. The Ross family has a heart for serving God through church involvement, speaking engagements, foreign missions, and marriage mentorship.
